the lilacs are coming out. The buds are swollen and some have burst open. The bees are flying... it's glorious.
And there are more tulips that have opened. We only have a few of these. They are so delicate. Just edges with purple and the inside where the stamen are has black... what wonder to behold.
Today I planted DS1's trees that he got for Earth Day, sweet basil, oregano and parsley in the herb bed. The chives are going strong. Oh how I love spring.
