skating

I feel like the russian skaters with my olympic knitting project. Today I spent almost as much time ripping as I did knitting. But now I have 4 repeats of the cable pattern finished... so I am hoping to make it!

I was thinking that we'd have another snow day earlier on... but it has stopped snowing and may result in only a delay at best.

better get crackin!

oh. my. word. this going to be absolutely breathtaking when you are finished! love, love, love the cables! so what if you spent as much ripping as you did knitting. now you've got the pattern down and it will come much easier. :)

This looks great! I haven't learned how to do cables yet, so I'm hugely impressed.

I was so tired while I was knitting last night that I kept messing the same row over and over (and it's not like it was a hard row! I was just too sleepy to pay attention).

Best of luck on your Olympic knitting. :)
