you are so gonna love it! i'm afraid i was a member for a month before i ever even looked around. praise God I'm finally feeling better and I've explored a bit...i still have to upload a few designs....sit down, brace yourself...okay, have you done this?! okay then, I'll tell you...can you believe that i have been set up as a DESIGNER on ravelry?! with the real ones, even! I'm so honored, it's amazingly cool, I will admit. Oh & ravelry has gads and gads of groups...lol, i've joined an embarrassing # of them...can't help myself!
Well, I see I am in good company as I got my invite the same day you did! I haven't posted anything yet; I'm still wandering around in awe. I am hoping to get myself together and post--SOON! I will look for you the next time I am onsite--look for me, too and give me a holler--I'm knitnbabies--that's knittin' and babies--I'm a pediatric nurse, currently working in the newborn nursery.
Oh, good...I bet by now you have your invite. You'll love it, but it does eat up lots of time!
Lucky you. I still have 4000 people ahead of me. But I'd said I wasn't going to do the Ravelry thing. Then I started hearing all the accolades around blogland and decided to give it a try.
